5-Star Event: The N*W*C Race Show

The MLK 2010 Planning Committee and Entertainment Unlimited present a 5-Star Event on Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. in Williams Auditorium. The N*W*C Race Show is a theoretical and comedic show that will explore self-image, stereotypes, and hateful words. This is a free event. MLK 2010 Privilege Activity and Discussion

The Privilege Activity is an interactive presentation facilitated by professor Sandy Alspach and will focus on reactions to the N*W*C Race Show. Lecture: Dr. James Walker

Professor of humanities Dr. James Walker will be giving a lecture titled “Teaching the Lie: The Feminist Interpretation of Artemesia Gentileschi.” The event will take place on Jan. 21 from 11 to 11:50 a.m. in the Rankin Art Gallery. January Jams

Delta Chi fraternity presents January Jams featuring Theory of a Deadman with guests Halestorm, Adelitas Way, and Taking Dawn. The concert will take place on Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. in Wink Arena. Admission is $10 for FSU students with Ferris I.D. and $20 for non-students. Tickets are available at the Rankin Information Desk and the Ice Arena Box Office.
