Pick’em

Football season is just a few more days away. At the Torch, the sports staff could hardly contain themselves with excitement for the upcoming sports seasons.

Thus the sports staff decided on a little friendly competition where we pick the winners of each game Ferris plays, and give our outlook on the upcoming regular season.

The results of the competition will be updated weekly as to show that our competitiveness remains week to week.

Harrison Watt’s Pick’s

Ferris Defeats: Lake Erie, Ashland, Walsh, Saginaw Valley State, Hillsdale, Michigan Tech, Wayne State, Northwood, Northern Michigan.
Outlook: Ferris wins the games they are supposed to, but North Dakota State pulls away late, and Grand Valley gets revenge for their loss to the Bulldogs on their own turf last year. 9-2, Playoff Team.
