Provost Candidate Interviews

The Provost Search Committee interviewed Dr. Paul Blake, who is currently Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs on March 18th and 19th.

Diversity Audit

As part of a yearlong diversity audit, the Diversity and Inclusion Office is conducting a campus-wide survey with the help of IBIS Consulting. Students, faculty and staff should have received an email with a link to the survey. The survey will be available until April 3rd and should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Women’s History Month

As a part of Women’s History Month, events are being held throughout the month of March. This week’s events include the annual You Beautiful Black Woman conference on March 26th at 6 p.m. in the UC Rankin Lounge and a Student Tribute to Maya and Women’s RSO Exposition on March 30th at 7:30 p.m. in UC room 202C.

Love, Life and Death

This showcase of student-produced and directed one-act plays will be held March 26th, 27th and 28th at 7:30 p.m. and March 29th at 2 pm at Williams Auditorium.

Career Week

Ferris’ annual career week started Monday, March 23rd with a Business Etiquette Dinner. A Town Hall Expo for students to explore volunteer, employment, and service learning opportunities will be held on Wednesday, March 25th at 5 p.m. The Career and Internship Fair takes place Thursday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ewigleben Sports Complex. Interviews are scheduled for 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
