Learning Spanish
Ferris students, faculty and community members alike will have the opportunity to learn how to speak Spanish in an informal, non-credit forum called “Hablemos.” The event is being put on by the Center for Latin@ Studies in collaboration with the faculty in the Spanish language department. The sessions will take place in the Center for Latin@ Studies, IRC 131, on Tuesdays, from 5:15 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.

Communication, choices & consent
Ferris will be hosting their annual presentation this week on the importance of the three C’s: communication, choices and consent. Title IX coordinator Kevin Carmody and Birkam Health Center Counselor Elisa Cotter will be hosting the presentation at William’s Auditorium on Thursday, Sept. 29, at both 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
