Mysterious Call
On Sept. 29 at 11:45 a.m., there was a report of a harassment phone call complaint at West Campus Apartment. No suspects.
Unknown Call
On Sept. 29 at 12:30 p.m., there was a report of a harassment phone call complaint at McNerny Hall. No suspects.
Harassment Complaint
On Sept. 30 at 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a harassment complaint in Henderson Hall.
Breaking and Entering
On Sept. 24 at 5:15 p.m., officers investigated a Breaking and Entering of a vending machine in the Flite Library. Investigation continues.
Suspicious People
On Sept. 24 at 11:55 p.m., officers observed two suspicious people in Lot 39. The suspects were found loitering in the construction area of the South Campus Apartments. They were turned over to the Office of Student Conduct.
Cat Fight
On Sept. 29 at 3:05 p.m., there was a civil dispute between two females in Lot 36.
Disorderly Person
On Sept. 27 at 11:20 p.m., officers investigated a disorderly person complaint in South Bond Hall.
Disorderly Females
On Sept. 26 at 5:55 p.m., there was a report of disorderly females at the Rock Café.
Stealing Meals
On Sept. 30 at 9:30 p.m., officers assisted workers at the Rock Café for improper use of meal plans.
Marijuana Complaint
On Sept. 28 at 12:30 a.m., officers investigated a marijuana complaint at McNerny Hall. A warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.
Wrong Way
On Sept. 25 at 11:05 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle at Lot 36 off of State Street, for traveling the wrong direction on a one-way road. The driver was also found to be driving on a suspended license and was ticketed.
Domestic Violence
On Sept. 25 at 9:30 p.m., officers arrested a subject on a bench warrant (failure to appear in court) on a domestic violence charge.
Disturbing the Peace
Officers arrested a subject on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a disturbing the peace charge.
Stolen Bike
On Sept. 30 at 2:20 p.m., there was a report of a stolen bike found at the Rock. The suspect was identified and a warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.
Power line down
On Sept. 28 at 4:10 p.m., a power line was found down near the Sports Complex from the winds that day.
Electrical Issues
On Sept. 28 at 10:40 p.m., officers assisted the racquet facility employees with electrical problems. The fire department checked the building and it was turned over to the electricians on campus.
Reckless driver
On Sept. 29 at 1p.m., Ferris officers assisted the Sheriff Department with a reckless driver on Northland and Gilbert Road.
Stolen iPod
On Sept. 29 at 4:40 p.m., there was a report of a stolen IPOD from Bond Hall. No suspects.
Stolen Cell Phone
On Sept. 23 at 4:45 p.m., there was a report of a stolen cell phone from the Rock Café. No suspects.
Stolen Bike from UREC
On Sept. 24 at 3 p.m., there was a report of a stolen bike from the Student Recreation Center. No suspects.
Ticket Totals
From Sept. 24 through Oct. 1, the department of public safety identified 484 violators. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $8, 405. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided, or reduced.
