Disorderly Conduct on Campus

Tire Damage

On Oct. 23 at 5 p.m., there was a report of two car tires damaged in Lot 5. No suspects.

Student MIP

On Oct. 22 at 6:25 a.m., a student was found to be minor in possession (MIP) in the lobby of Hallisy Hall.

Stolen Money

On Oct. 22 at 5 p.m., there was a report of money taken from a locker at the Rock Café. No suspects.

Vehicle Accident

On Oct. 21 at 3 a.m., there was a report of a two-vehicle accident in Lot 24.

Wrong Decal

On Oct. 22 at 12 p.m., officers located a counterfeit parking decal in Lot 65.

Credit Card Fraud

On Oct. 23 at 6 p.m., there was a report of a credit card fraud by a student from McNerny Hall. Improper charges were found on the account.

Illegal Driver

On Oct. 25 at 8:30 p.m., a vehicle was stopped on Campus Drive for disobeying a stop sign. Driver was found to be driving on a suspended license and was ticketed for the same.

Disorderly People

On Oct. 23 at 4 a.m., there was a report of disorderly people at Pickell Hall. Two subjects were found to be arguing outside of the building. They were referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Shoplifters

On Oct. 22 at 10:30 p.m., there was a report of a shoplifting that occurred at The Market of the Rock Café.

MDOP

On Oct. 23 at 2:20 a.m., there was a report of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) complaint in Lot 61. A male subject broke mirrors off of cars in the parking lot of a resident hall. Suspect was identified and he is a non-student. Investigation continues.

Sexual Assault

On Oct. 28 at 3:30 p.m., there was a report of a sexual assault that occurred on campus. Suspect has been identified. Investigation continues.

Ticket Totals

From Oct. 22 through the 29, the department of public safety identified 482 violators. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $7,560. Actual amount depends on whether ticket was paid, voided, or reduced. n
