Vehicle Broken Into

On Feb. 3 at 12:38 a.m., officers noticed a suspicious person in Lot 4 near the vehicles. Further investigation revealed a suspect and identified a victim whose vehicle was broken into by the suspect. Stolen property was recovered. Suspect was sent to the Office of Student Conduct and the prosecutor’s office for charges.

Suspended license

On Jan. 25 at 12:45 p.m., officers observed a vehicle and witnessed a traffic violation. Investigation revealed the driver was driving on a suspended license.

MIP complaint

On Jan. 30 at 11:45 p.m., officers dispatched to McNerny Hall for two Minor in Possesion (MIP) complaints. They found two disorderly subjects. Complaint was referred to the Office of Student Conduct and prosecutor’s office.

Suspicious Person

On Jan. 31 at 2:48 a.m., officers noticed a suspicious vehicle in Lot 3. The person was acting suspicious and a traffic stop revealed that the person was carrying marijuana and was ticketed for Operating while Intoxicated (OWI).

Trouble with Non-Student

On Jan. 30 at 11:18 p.m., officers found a subject urinating in public at the Rankin Center. The subject was identified and issued an MIP and a disorderly conduct ticket. Subject was not a student. n
