Bulldogs drop 52 points on Tiffin for third straight win

The Bulldog football team had not scored more than 50 points in a game since 2005, until Saturday.

Ferris racked up 52 points and 337 rushing yards in a victory over the Tiffin Dragons Saturday night. Bulldog junior quarterback Tom Schneider passed for four touchdowns and rushed for 77 yards. Senior wide receiver Chris Wilson caught four passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns in the win.The Bulldogs improved to 3-1 overall and 3-0 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) this season. Ferris has a three-game winning streak for the first time since the beginning of the 2008 season.

Ferris’ next contest is Oct. 2 at Lake Erie College.
