The Bulldogs continued their winning streak Saturday with a 22-12 victory over the Lake Erie Storm.
Ferris improved to 4-1 overall this season, including a 4-0 record in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action. The Bulldogs hold a share of the lead in the GLIAC conference with Grand Valley State and Michigan Tech.
Ferris held Lake Erie to 90 yards passing and forced two turnovers in the contest. The win marks the first time since 1999 that the Bulldogs have won their first four conference games of the season.
Lake Erie fell to 0-5 overall and 0-4 in conference play in its first season as a part of the GLIAC.
The Bulldogs will return to the gridiron on Oct. 9 against the Findlay Oilers for homecoming.
