Jan. 19 at 3:30 p.m., there was a report of money taken from a room in Hallisy Hall. No suspects.

Suspicious Smell
Jan. 18 at 10 p.m., there was a report of a smell of marijuana in Travis Hall. The matter was turned over to the Hall Director.

Loss Control
Jan. 17 at 8:30 p.m., there was a report of a vehicle that had run off of the road in heavy snow. This accident occurred by Knollview and Lot 39. There was no damage.

Hit and Run
Jan. 17 at 5:40 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run in Lot 35. No suspects.

Theft at The Market
Jan. 17 at 11:20 a.m., there was a report of theft at The Market. The suspect was identified and a warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Slippery Conditions
Jan. 14 at 10:20 a.m., there was a report of a two-car accident at the intersection of Bond Drive and Ferris Drive. The vehicle was going fast and slipped into a stop sign while trying to turn onto Bond Drive.

Missing Fridge
Jan. 15 at 10:45 a.m., there was a report of a refrigerator missing from the South Campus Apartments. The fridge was located and returned.

Suspicious Person
Jan. 16 at 7:50 a.m., there was a report of a suspicious subject in Hallisy Hall. The non-student was located and identified. The non-student was removed.

Disturbing the Peace
Jan. 15 at 12:20 a.m., there was a report of a suspicious situation at the West Campus Apartments. Officers located a party in progress and shut it down.

Fight at Cramer
Jan. 17 at 4:10 a.m., there was a report of a fight outside of Cramer Hall. One non-student was identified and removed from campus. The non-student was also ticketed for MIP.

Marijuana Complaint
Jan. 14 at 1:45 a.m., officers investigated a marijuana complaint in Brophy Hall. One subject was lodged in the county jail for possession and intent to deliver marijuana.

Theft Complaint
Jan. 12 at 3:50 p.m., there was a report of a theft complaint in Hallisy Hall. A person’s friend borrowed their car without permission.

Ticket Totals: From Jan. 13 through the 20, the Department of Public Safety identified 490 violators. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $8, 190. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided, or reduced. n
