A round-up of this week’s crime across the FSU campus

Marijuana complaint

Jan. 28 at 10:15 a.m., officers assisted hall staff at Miller Hall with a marijuana complaint. During search, one subject was found to have an outstanding warrant. The subject was lodged in county jail.

Intoxicated driver

Jan. 28 at 12:10 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Perry Street near State Street for a missing taillight. Driver found to be intoxicated and lodged in county jail.

Another marijuana complaint

Jan. 26 at 8:15 p.m., officers assisted hall staff at Clark Hall with a marijuana complaint. Three subjects were referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Vision obstruction

Jan. 26 at 10:20 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street at south city limits for vision obstruction. The driver was using the license plate improperly and ticketed.

Vehicle vandalized

Jan. 27 at 11 a.m., vehicle vandalized in Lot 61. The side rear fender was damaged.

Marijuana use at Cramer

Jan. 30 at 10:50 p.m., officers assisted hall staff at Cramer Hall for a marijuana complaint. Report forwarded to prosecutors office for warrant request.

Disorderly subject

Jan. 28 at 5 a.m., officers assisted hall staff at Bond Hall with a disorderly male. Subject was referred to Office of Student Conduct.

Even more marijuana use

Jan. 29 at 1 a.m., officers located subject in Lot 11 using marijuana. Incident was referred to the Office of Student C onduct.

Domestic assault

Jan. 27 at 10: 05 p.m., report of a fight at Travis Hall. One subject was lodged in county jail for domestic assault.

Possession of marijuana

Jan. 28 at 4:45 p.m., officers assisted hall staff at Merrill hall for a marijuana complaint. Two subjects were lodges in county jail for possession of marijuana.

Marijuana and MIP

Jan. 29 at 3:20 a.m., officers assisted hall staff at Hallisy Hall for marijuana complaint. Two subjects were referred to the Office of Student Conduct, and two subjects were ticketed MIP.

OWI

Jan. 28 at 1:45 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Stewart Street for driving the wrong way on a one way. Driver found to be intoxicated and lodged in county jail for OWI.

Stolen money

Jan. 26 at 6:30 a.m., report of money stolen from Student Recreation Center. Money was taken from subject’s coat on bleachers next to the basketball courts.

Ticket Totals: From Jan. 20 through the 31, the Department of Public Safety identified 387 violators. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $6,070. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
