Marijuana complaint at Brophy

On Jan. 27 at 10:45 p.m., there was a report of a marijuana complaint at Brophy Hall. One subject was referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

More marijuana

On Jan. 24 at 11:30 a.m., officers assisted Cramer Hall staff concerning a drug complaint. One subject was referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Even more marijuana

On Jan. 23 at 3:40 p.m., there was a report of a marijuana complaint in Merrill Hall. One subject was referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Intoxicated driver

On Jan. 25 at 2:15 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Family Drive driving without its headlights on. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was lodged in the county jail.

Refusing to leave

On Jan. 23 at 2:10 a.m., there was a report of a subject refusing to leave Puterbaugh Hall. Officers escorted the person off campus.

Raucous at The Rock

On Jan. 23 at 6 p.m., officers were called to The Rock Cafe in regard to two disorderly subjects. The parties were separated and removed from the building.

Refusing to leave…again

On Jan. 23 at 9:40 a.m., officers were called to Puterbaugh Hall concerning a subject refusing to leave the building. Officers escorted the subject off campus.

Hit and run

On Jan. 22 at 4:45 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident in Lot 68.

Two-car collision

On Jan. 21 at 4:20 p.m., there was a report of a two-car accident at the Copy Center.

Failure to report

On Jan. 22 at 4:30 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident in Lot 5. The suspect was identified and ticketed for failure to report the accident.

Larceny in Cramer

On Jan. 21 at 2:10 a.m., there was a report of larceny from a room in Cramer Hall. The suspect was identified and referred to the Office of Student Conduct. A warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Ticket totals: From Jan. 23 through Jan. 27, the Department of Public Safety reported 309 total violations. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $5,200. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
