Disorderly subjects

On Jan. 31 at 11 p.m., there was a report of disorderly subjects in Bond Circle. Subjects were located and quieted down for the evening.

Vehicle damage

On Jan. 31 at 3 p.m., there was a report of vehicle damage in Lot 4. The paint on the victim’s vehicle had been scratched with a metal object.

Passed out in the snow

On Feb. 1 at 2:30 a.m., an intoxicated male was found in the snow in Lot 28. He was transported to the hospital where he was treated for hypothermia.

Assault in Clark Hall

On Jan. 31 at 1:15 p.m., there was a report of an assault in Clark Hall involving two subjects. One subject was lodged in the county jail.

More disorder

On Jan. 30 at 10:15 p.m., there was a report of disorderly subjects in West Campus Apartments. One subject was lodged in jail on an out-of-county warrant.

Larceny complaint

On Jan. 29 at 6 p.m., there was a report of a larceny complaint in Cramer Hall. As a result of the investigation, several items were recovered. The investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle-pedestrian collision

On Jan. 30 at 1 p.m., officers assisted city police with a vehicle-pedestrian personal injury accident on South State Street near the College of Business. The victim was transported to the hospital, treated for injuries and released.

Marijuana complaint

On Jan. 31 at 1:45 p.m., officers investigated a suspicious situation in Lot 61. One subject was referred to the Office of Student Conduct for possession of marijuana.

Driving without a license

On Jan. 30 at 1 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street for defective equipment. The driver was lodged in the county jail for driving without a license.

No headlights

On Jan. 30 at 6 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Perry Street for driving without headlights on. The driver was lodged in the county jail for driving without a license.

Suspended license

On Jan. 28 at 7:50 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Fuller Avenue for defective equipment. The driver had a suspended license and was lodged in the county jail.

Fraud complaint

On Jan. 26 at 4:30 p.m., there was a report of a fraud complaint. The victim stated that she was selling an item online, and the suspect attempted to pay with a fraudulent check.

One-car accident

On Jan. 25 at 11:10 a.m., there was a report of a one-car accident near Lot 67.

Disturbance in Travis

On Jan. 24 at 10:30 a.m., there was a report of a disturbance in Travis Hall. The two subjects were separated without further incident.

Ticket Totals: From Jan. 28-Feb. 3, the Department of Public Safety reported 374 total violations. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $6,170. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
