Women's rugby takes to the pitch for a costumed tournament

Spring season for Ferris State Women’s Rugby club team allows teams to play for fun and not just for wins.

Ferris hosted Scrummin’ Shenanigan’s 2013, where teams faced off in costumed themes. For example, Ferris State took to the pitch dressed for Zombie Prom, with bloody makeup and dresses. Other teams from Calvin College, Saginaw Valley State, Central Michigan, and Western Michigan joined in on the fun.
