Two subjects lodged following Cramer Hall disturbance

A round-up of this week’s crime across the FSU campus

Domestic violence

On Oct. 30 at 8:30 p.m., there was a report of disorderly subjects in Cramer Hall. One subject was lodged in the jail on domestic violence. The second subject was lodged on a weapons charge for possession of brass knuckles.

Missing money

On Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m., there was a report of money missing from a room in Cramer Hall.

Stolen coat

On Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m., there was a report of a coat stolen from the Racquet and Fitness Center.

Stolen computer

On Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m., there was a report of a computer stolen from the Vandercook Hall lobby.

Stolen money

On Oct. 24 at 9:20 p.m., there was a report of money stolen from a room in Cramer Hall.

Officers assist

On Oct. 26 at 4:55 a.m., officers assisted city police with a breaking and entering of a residence on State Street. One subject was lodged in the county jail.

Marijuana complaint

On Oct. 25 at 6:50 p.m., officers assisted Cramer Hall staff with a marijuana complaint. Two subjects were referred to the office of student conduct.

Suspended license

On Oct. 25 at 4 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Ferris Drive. The driver was found to have a suspended license and was ticketed for the same.

Hit and run

On Oct. 23 at 6:10 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident in Lot 54.

Trespassing

On Oct. 31 at 12:20 a.m., several subjects were found in Top Taggart Field. All were removed.

Harassment complaint

On Oct. 30 at 3 p.m., there was a report of a harassment complaint in Ward Hall. One subject was referred to the office of student conduct.

Defective equipment

On Oct. 30 at 2:10 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street for defective equipment. The passenger was found to be in violation of a probation order and was lodged in the county jail.

Erratic driving

On Oct. 30 at 1:10 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street for erratic driving. The driver was found to have a suspended license and was ticketed for the same.

Vehicle damage

On Oct. 25 at 1:10 p.m., there was a report of vehicle damage in Lot 28. The rear window was broken in the car.

More vehicle damage

On Oct. 28 at 10:05 a.m., there was a report of vehicle damage in Lot 3. The driver’s rear door was dented from being kicked.

Fraud complaint

On Oct. 28 at 10:10 a.m., there was a report of a fraud complaint at the Rock Café. Two subjects were in the café and failed to pay. Warrant requests were sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Another hit and run

On Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident in Lot 44.

On Oct. 28 at 9:10 p.m., there was a report of a hit and run accident in Lot 3.

Suspicious subjects

On Oct. 28 at 10:30 p.m., there was a report of suspicious subjects in Lot 4. One subject was lodged in the county jail for possession of marijuana.

Ticket Totals: From Oct. 24 through 31, the Department of Public Safety reported 324 violations. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $5,490. The actual amount depends on if the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
