Library open house
The FLITE Library will be hosting an open house to showcase new furniture on the second floor. The event is meant to cover library information and what it can offer students.
The open house will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31, in FLITE.
Bowling tournament
Ferris’ chapter of the American Marketing Association will be hosting a bowling tournament 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Gate. Staff and students are welcome to take part in the tournament, and a costume contest will coincide with the event.
Citizenship webinar
The Political Engagement Project (PEP) is hosting a webinar entitled “Citizenship Under Siege: Income Inequality and the Cost of Citizenship” 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in room 111 of the Business Building.
The presentation will be focused on how several campuses have encouraged their students and communities to examine issues surrounding access to full citizenship in the United States.
