Why can’t we be friends?: Sept. 18, 7:45 p.m., the student who previously wrote obscenities in the dirt on another students car continued to have issues with the student who owned the car. Officers went to North Hall to talk to the two subjects and reported that they had been harassing each other back and forth. North Hall directors issued a no contact order between them and the subjects were given info on personal protection orders.
Unfortunate turn of events: Sept. 19, 1 p.m., a subject had left a bag on the table of the first floor of Wheeler Pavilion and was gone about 30 minutes. When the subject came back, their bag that had an iPhone and other equipment in it was gone. The investigation is still open.
This isn’t Call of Duty: Sept. 19, 11:45 p.m., a student shot two people with an airsoft gun in Ward Hall. The subjects shot did not wish to press charges and the airsoft gun was confiscated by the officers.
Ferris Department of Public Safety issued 489 tickets between Sept. 15 through 21, totaling $8,025.
