Redshirt sophomore forward Cole Burtch committed to Augustana University on April 1 after entering the transfer portal on March 28.
Burtch transferred in from Western Michigan during the 2024 offseason. The former Bronco led the Bulldogs in scoring last season with 26 points (7-19–26) in 35 games played.
His production in the 2024-25 season is a far cry from his 2023-24 season, as he only had one point in three games played.
Burtch’s transfer comes only hours after Ferris State announced Brett Riley as the program’s new head coach.
