Ferris Fest 2010 will be taking place on Saturday, April 24 in the Campus Quad.
Host Blake Kirinovic and Johnny J will kick off the event at 12 p.m. that Saturday. The opening act of country singer Chuck Wicks will begin at 12:30 and will be followed by rapper Big Sean at 2:30.
Hip-hop/pop performer Mike Posner will take the stage at 3:15 until the headliner for the show rock performer Anberlin goes on at 5.
There will also be a second stage at the event being hosted by the Music Industry Management Association and Bulldog Radio. The second stage will feature The Citywalk, Domanation, The Meatt, and Shredda.
There will be food vendors available at Ferris Fest, which include Buffalo Wild Wings, Papa Johns, and Jimmy Johns.
There will also be novelties available including airbrush tattoos, custom frame photos, a defender dome, a giant slide, gladiator jousting, an inflatable twister, and spin art Frisbees.
Ferris Fest will last until approximately 6 p.m. and is free to anyone who wishes to attend with no ticket
required. n
