Republican candidate to replace Granholm

Republican candidate Rick Snyder has been elected as the new governor of Michigan.

Snyder will take Jennifer Granholm’s seat, making him state’s the 48th Governor. Snyder previously served as CEO and Chairman of Gateway, Inc. before becoming the newest of Governor of Michigan. The Lieutenant Governor is Brian Calley.
