Marijuana trouble

On April 25 at 8 p.m., Officers assisted hall staff at Travis Hall on a marijuana complaint. One subject was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Crazy ex-boyfriend

On April 24 at 4:30 p.m., there was a report of a harassment complaint in Cramer Hall. The incident involved an ex-boyfriend. The investigation continues.

Underage drinkers

On April 22 at 11:15 p.m., officers investigated an incident involving minors and alcohol. Three subjects fled on foot and were later apprehended off campus and lodged in the county jail.

Damage at the Rock

On April 20 at 10:50 p.m., there was a report of property damage at the Rock Café. Two subjects were identified and a warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Damaged vehicle

On April 20 at 1:45 p.m., there was a report of a vehicle damaged in Lot 8L next to the Automotive Center. The subject was identified and a warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Broken window

On April 20 at 12:40 p.m., there was a report of a vehicle damaged in Lot 11. The passenger side window was broken out of a car.

More marijuana trouble

On April 19 at 11:10 p.m., there was a report of a marijuana complaint in Lot 4. Two subjects were identified. A warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office.

Another marijuana incident

On April 20 at 12:10 a.m., officers investigated a marijuana complaint in Lot 4. Three subjects were identified and sent to the Office of Student Conduct.

Hole punch

On April 19 at 9:30 p.m., there was a report of property damaged in the West Campus Apartments. A hole was punched in the drywall in the apartment.

Snagged bike

On April 19 at 9:30 a.m., there was a report of a bicycle stolen from the bike rack at Bond Hall.

Swiped iPod

On April 18 at 11:20 a.m., there was a report of an iPod stolen from the East Campus Suites.

Concert brawl

On April 16 at 6 p.m., a female subject was arrested for disorderly conduct in Wink arena during the concert. The subject was arrested and lodged in the county jail.

Underage drunk driver

On April 16 at 1:30 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle in Lot 35 for disregarding a traffic control device. The driver, a minor, ignored the exit sign. The subject was lodged in the county jail for an OWI.

Ticket Totals: From April 18 to April 25, the Department of Public Safety identified 290 violators. Each violator was ticketed for a total of $4,885. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced. n
