A round-up of this week’s crime across the FSU campus

Throwing eggs

Oct. 9 at 10:55 p.m., there was a report of a group of people throwing eggs at moving vehicles. Subjects were gone upon arrival. Investigation continues.

Marijuana use

Oct. 10 at 5:20 p.m., there was a report of marijuana at East Campus Suites. Subjects admit to using marijuana and were referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Stolen phone

Oct. 18 at 9:59 p.m., there was a larceny complaint at FLITE. A subject was studying and set phone down and believes it was stolen. Investigation continues.

Missing bike seats

Oct. 7 at 10:09 p.m., there was a larceny complaint for several bikes missing bike seats in front of Travis Hall. There were a total of 12 seats missing. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.

Stolen book bag

Oct. 7 at 5:44 p.m., there was a report of a stolen book bag at Hallisy Hall. The subject left his backpack in the business building and when he returned it was gone.

Clark Hall intoxication

Sep. 17 at 12:40 a.m., there was a report of an intoxicated subject in Clark Hall. Four subjects were ticketed for being MIP.

Possession of Marijuana

Sep. 19 at 1:30 a.m., officers investigated a suspicious situation in Lot 4. Five subjects were referred to the Office of Student Conduct for marijuana. A warrant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office for for one subject’s possession of marijuana.

911

Oct. 8 at 2:37 a.m., there was a report of a 911 hang up call at Brophy Terris. Two subjects were ticketed for MIP.

MIP at Taggart

Oct. 7 at 2:10 a.m., officers encountered a subject stumbling near Taggart Hall. The subject was ticketed for MIP.

Guy fight

Oct. 7 at 7:49 p.m., there was a fight at Top Taggart Field. Two males altercation over an ex-girlfriend, one subject was ticketed for MIP.

Man on the run

Oct. 9 at 2:27 a.m., officers encountered a male chasing people near Bond Hall. The subject was issued a warrant for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Stolen money

Oct. 4 at 11:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Rock Café for a larceny complaint for $10. Investigation continues.

Stolen bike

Oct. 4 at 9:40 a.m., there was a report of a stolen bike near Starr.

Marijuana again

Oct. 4 at 11:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to Henderson Hall for report of marijuana. A warrant request was submitted.

Ticket Totals: From Oct. 4 through the 11th, the Department of Public Safety iden­ti­fied 520 vio­la­tors. Each vio­la­tor was tick­eted for a total of $8,930. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
