“Enchanted Transient Reality” exhibit opens

The Enchanted Transient Reality exhibit located in Rankin Art Gallery, features paintings by Rob Vander Zee and mixed media sculptures by Kathleen Elliot. The exhibit will remain open to the public until Oct. 13.

Bulldog Bonanza

Bulldog Bonanza will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Wink Arena Sept. 12. At this event, students will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from Ferris’ many registered student organizations.

Teeter Totterathon

Sigma Pi will host fundraiser in North Quad starting 12 p.m. Sept 18th and ending at 12 p.m. Sept. 20th. All proceeds are donated to Susan P Wheatlake Cancer and Wellness Center. Also pie a Pi at 12 p.m Sept. 19.

Card Wildlife Education Center Benefit

Tickets are still on sale for the Card Wildlife Education Center Benefit open house, dinner and auction. Tickets are $50 a person or $90 for a couple and can be obtained at ferris.edu/card/ or by calling ext. 5387.

Kendall prepares for Artprize contest

Ferris’ Kendall College of Art and Design will be participating in the upcoming international Artprize contest. The contest is held in Grand Rapids and begins Sept. 19. Kendall will be one of the 161 venues.

Ferris alumnus to share his story

Eric Cole, a Ferris alumnus, is giving a speech titled “Marketing a Pro Basketball Team: An Insider’s Story.” The event will take place at 4:30 p.m. in BUS 111 Sept. 17.
