Pharmacists’ Association to host 5k run/walk
The National Community Pharmacists’ Association is hosting a 5k run/walk to raise money for the free medical clinic, located in the Ferris College of Pharmacy building.
The event will take place on Saturday in Hemlock Park. Registration opens at 9 a.m., and the race begins at 10 a.m. The cost is $25. All donations will go directly to the clinic to purchase flu vaccines and testing supplies.

Lip Sync informational meeting set
Organizations interested in participating in the Lip Sync contest during homecoming week are required to attend an informational meeting.
Interested organizations must send a representative to one of two mandatory meetings. The first meeting is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Tuesday, and the second meeting will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19. Both meetings will be held in FLITE 214.

Sorority recruitment informational meeting scheduled
Women interested in learning more about joining a sorority can attend an informational meeting for more details on fall recruitment.
Hosted by the Panhellenic Council, the meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday in IRC 109. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the RHO Gammas (recruitment counselors), who will explain the recruitment process. Refreshments will be served.
