Stephanie Sikorski, freshman setter out of Rochester Hills, is our Athlete of the Week.
Sikorski is the team leader in assists and has tallied 385 assists in 39 sets, which is good for a team leading average of 9.87 assists per set.
She has had no less than 22 assists in any single match and has a season high of 40 back on Sept. 6 against Washburn.
Most recently, Sikorski posted 33 and 37 assists at Walsh and Malone respectively. Sikorski is fifth in the GLIAC in assists per set.
In high school, Sikorski was a four-time all academic team selection and a two time All-Oakland Activities Association recipient. She signed her letter-of-intent to Ferris State during the Fall of 2012.
Sikorski and the Bulldogs return to finish off their three game home stand against Tiffin and Ohio Dominican on Oct. 4 and 5.
