Kendall student dies

Ferris to lower flags to half-staff

Kendall College of Art and Design student Austin Fuller, 19, has died, according to Ferris’ president’s office.

The university released the information as part of the university-wide notices on Tuesday. In remembrance of Fuller, Ferris flags will be lowered to half-staff on Saturday.

Fuller passed away on Sunday at Spectrum Health Hospital in Grand Rapids and the cause of death has not yet been released.

Graduate of Manchester High School, located near Ann Arbor, Fuller was enrolled in the graphic design program at Kendall. Located in Grand Rapids and specializing in the fine arts, Kendall is one of Ferris’ eight academic colleges and offers undergraduate and graduate degrees.
