Antonio Agurs
#2 Receiver
The sophomore slot receiver has quietly put together one of the top offensive seasons for the Bulldogs.
The 5-foot-9 Bradenton, Florida native leads the team in total receptions with 31 and is second in receiving yards with 354.
Agurs also has 40 rushes for 255 yards and a touchdown, mostly on reverse plays or out of the Bulldogs’ veer.
Despite the fact that Agurs has just two touchdowns in his 10 games, he has been an integral chain mover for Jason Vander Laan and the offense.
Agurs makes up for his lack of size with his sure hands, shifty lower body skills and footwork and blistering open-field speed.
The Bulldogs will return to action at Top Taggart Field on Nov. 16 for their game with Northern Michigan University at noon to wrap up the regular season.
