False information
On March 30 at 1:15 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Michigan Avenue near Maple Street for disregarding a red light. The driver was ticketed for disregarding a traffic control device and the passenger was arrested for providing false information to police.
Two-car accident
On March 27 at 7 p.m., there was a report of a two-car accident in Lot 4.
Person on the roof
On March 31 at 2 a.m., there was a report of someone possibly on the roof of the science building. The suspect got off the roof prior to police arrival and was unable to be located.
Trespassers at The Gate
On March 30 at 11:20 p.m., officers assisted city police with trespassers at The Gate. Two subjects were transported to the county jail.
Disregarding flashing red light
On March 30 at 3:05 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street near South Street for disregarding a flashing red light. The driver was lodged in the county jail for OWI.
Possible identity thief
On March 29 at 5 p.m., officers received a report of a possible identity thief involving tax returns.
Civil dispute
On March 23 at 1 p.m., officers investigated a civil dispute between residents in Merrill Hall.
Driving without headlights
On March 28 at 12:20 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street near South Street for driving without headlights. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was lodged in the county jail for OWI.
Accident in Lot 67
On March 27 at 2 p.m., there was a report of a two-car accident in Lot 67.
Minors with open alcohol
On March 30 at 12:05 a.m., officers stopped two subjects for having open containers of alcohol on Division Street near Spring Street. The two subjects were ticketed for MIP.
Weaving on the road
On March 29 at 3:05 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on State Street near Spring Street for weaving on the road. The driver was found to be intoxicated and lodged in the county jail for OWI.
Roommate dispute
On March 28 at 12:10 a.m., officers assisted staff at Cramer Hall concerning a roommate dispute. One subject was placed under arrest and lodged in the county jail.
