Hey fellow readers! My name is Jasmine Baar and I am a senior in the communication studies program. I started my journey with the Torch in 2022 as a culture reporter. I stepped in to fill the role of social media editor in the spring of 2024 and now I currently work as a freelance photographer. I’ve appreciated the diverse work opportunities and experiences the Torch has offered me. I spend my leisure time outdoors, usually in a hammock. I enjoy attending our hockey games, go Dawgs!
