Carly Judge, marketing senior and copyeditor for the Torch, has passed away in an absurd accident on Oct. 29.
The details of the event are still unclear, but some witnesses claim to have seen her racing across campus with Culver’s free scoop tokens in her hands, muttering in excitement about “sweet treats.”
As a practiced procrastinator, Carly often had a lot of work to catch up on. Thus, it’s assumed by the lingering scoop tokens outside of Flite that she was dragged inside by unknown forces and has not been seen since.
Friends say she now haunts the study rooms of the third floor, whose occupants often report missing snacks and the development of a sweet tooth.
She is survived by her family, friends on campus and the Culver’s kids’ meal menu.
