Snyder signs on the dotted line

On Jan. 29, 2016, members of the Ferris State Torch staff had the unique opportunity to witness Michigan Governor Rick Snyder sign a bill at the Michigan Press Association Conference in Grand Rapids, allocating $28 million toward the efforts to resolve the Flint water crisis. Despite recent criticism, Snyder received not one, but two standing ovations at the gathering.
